Central to change is Friction.

The key to successful change is being curious, taking the time to understand where friction comes from, engage those with different views, experiences and skills and bring them together, to leverage their energy to make positive change.

The Golfers Experience initiative is led by Julie Walker, a change maker, whose passion is to bring teams together to lead and manage change, through curiosity, innovation, education and collaboration.
